Ebay member - should they be registered as a Business?

Not at all, you can email the code but the auction states you will receive it in the post!
I would want them to physically post me the original code in the post. As per the auction.
Some sellers will not email codes, they post them to prevent genuine mistakes. Others email them a few hours after paymend and send the original voucher in the post.
Sometimes you have to play scammers by their own game.

Where is the proof that this seller is a scammer? Just because they have sold vouchers online that are available elsewhere does not make them a scammer ...
They may have been unaware that the codes were out of date, a lot of people sell vouchers on Ebay.
Jumping to those kinds of conclusions doesn't help, the OP has not made any comments referring to any responses from the seller in reaction to all this.0 -
I'm sorry to hear the codes didnt work for you. I'm sure if you threaten to leave negative feedback they will refund you? You say the code didnt work has it expired? To be honest I have nothing against poeple selling these codes on ebay as lots of people cannot be bothered to search through for dicount codes online and if its just 99p then so be it. I bought one code for 99p the other day and saved £20 on a xbox game - code is more than likely on these forums some where and on hotdeals but im lazy :-)if i had known then what i know now0

The codes were meant to be posted 2ND class Royal Mail according to the listing, they were emailed to me, dont think they are expired as they have worked for others, just not for me.
Its too late to do anything other than what I did now. They didn't help me and the total of £1.98 was worth the 2 Negative feedbacks given. As I said before, I may be the first but I doubt ill be the last, someone else has left a Neutral comment re them being for use on catalogues, maybe some people will see that and stay away, if I had known I wouldn't have bothered. At the time it just seemed a bargain way to get my Wii accessories, but never mind, whats done is done and its just a matter of £1.98. Some people are much worse off with losing higher amounts of money.
I'm over it now lol.0
