You should have claimed non receipt, they would have have had to provide tracking information.

    You would have won then.

Ahhh and don't we all just love dishonest buyers ..?

Not really, The buyer never received the item by 2nd class mail as stated in the listing.

The buyer received the codes though ...
Therefore it would be dishonest to claim none receipt.
File an item not as described, but don't lie about not receiving the item.

Yes your right, looked at paypal and have seen that. Oh well learnt my lesson. I did think they were individual voucher codes that she had got hold of from somewhere lol, silly me, it's just it stated in her add that they would be sent 2nd Class, nice trick.

If seller is still listing voucher codes you could use the report link on this ebay help page to try to get the listings removed

You can report them for selling virtual items if you want to, if they are still are. Have a look at https://www.hotukdeals.com in future for voucher codes.:)

And she did not receive her vouchers because they were never posted, i would want mine as stated in the auction!
  • Thanks for all your help, I have reported the item, even though there are more than one. If I had known they were for Very.co.uk and Additions I would have come here for them.

"Not at all, im just feeling bitter. Paypal wont refund my money, luckily its just £1.98 for rejected codes."

That would seem to imply she did receive the codes ... :)

Therefore if she claimed none receipt she would be lying!
