Why don't you just wait for a reply from BT instead of repeating the same old information?
1. Because i've emailled the BT company Representative via the public profile and provided the necessary info as requested ......and not getting anywhere.
2. I have also emailed BT @ btcare@bt.com ............... and not getting anywhere !!!!
Therefore, the only place where I seem to get good advice is via this thread in the MoneySavingExpert.com forum.
Is that Ok with you macman?0
