Just what I thought,a pool job & the's no free installers to pick it up.Contractors often take on more work than they can do,reasoning behind that is if they loose any for whatever reason (doorstep cancel/Requires special heights ect) they have extra jobs on hand to make up the lost jobs.

If an engineer misses an appointment or cannot make the appointment you have two choices:

Cancel your order and not get Sky or arrange another date for installation and take the time off you need. Simple as that really. You aren't being forced to take Sky's service at a cost I am sure on the sales call they will state the appointment is not guarunteed. By all means if you ask to cancel and they then offer some form of compensation as a good will gesture that is fair enough but you can't really expect months worth of free service for a few hours you spent at home waiting for Sky.
  • the next date for it to be fitted is the 16th april what a joke so ive cancelled it  sky werent bothered either
