Write to the companies involved and tell them their correct address. You can also mention (in the letter/email) that they have a duty under the DPA to ensure their records are accurate and up to date.

We have dyslexic neighbours who were getting the number of our houses mixed up (think 124 and 142). We were getting their debt letters, have had a bailiff and even the RSVPs for their wedding come to our address because they gave out the wrong number.

We called the debt collectors and the bailiff and explained the problem and haven't heard from them again. We do share a postcode so it was pretty obvious.
