Oh and before you inevitably fly off the handle at my last post it's a simple question, you're not making any sense, are seemingly totally incoherentad aggressive, so I think it's a valid question personally.

Please stop posting new threads on this topic. It is taking up space on the boards that other people need for their own urgent questions.

    I've been Money Tipped!
OP if you had worded you origonal post as

'oh jeeeeze i've gone and !!!!ed up but seriously there was no other way, my kids are hungry and i just needed a bit to tide us over until the DRO's all sorted but now im scared'

then you would have been met with truely helpful and understanding advice. You origonal post really sounded like you were taking the peeee, wanted a bit more cash whilst you could and to have a dig at provident, be honest with us and we'l be honest with you.

Righto guys, i think its time to draw a line under this one, im sure the OP gets the strength of feeling on this topic and we shouldnt be judgemental despite our own thoughts.

To the OP, you asked what would happen and it has been answered, They might revoke the DRO and they might place further restrictions on you for an extended period of time. You wont know for sure either if anyof these things will happen or if they are likely to happen unless you speak to your Official Receiver and so i would suggest that is where you direct your questions

    A good point, lauren.....not that I go the 'pee-taking' impression...however...

Many [new] posters....for whatever reason....start off with long pre-ambles.....sometimes not making much sense.

    This OP is no exception...

I think the vast majority of us on here have lost sight of the purpose of any OP's question...never mind this one's.

The OP stated, right at the start...the cash was needed for essential floor coverings.

[How many here actually used up a current account overdraught to pay the court fees?

Or raided a credit card for simlar?
No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......
