Why do you need the approval of members of this forum? No body is going to say you did the right thing to put your mind at rest, im sorry but what you did was very very silly.

There was no indication of 'robbing peter to pay paul' many of us have been in the horrible situation of not having 2 pennies to rub together and at a last resort borrowing off these loan sharks to buy food. From your post it just sounded like you just wanted a bit of extra cash whilst you could get some.

    Summary of the OP's 'concern':
    kate252 wrote: »
what happens when you take a loan out a week before the debt order- can the creditor contest it? I did my debt relief yesterday- but a week before this i took out a loan from provident- i dnt feel bad as provident are legal loan sharks and shuld be stopped. It feels good to do that to them- they wanted me to ay 875 back for getting 430 (after payig off the previous ) i knew they were bad but i didnt know i would have to pay the same amount ive borrowed twice
    Gone ... or have I?

i have read it and i did ask what would happen, but i dont think i went back and checked the answers, i was probably not bothered too much at the time.

i have never ever claimed to white snow white. all my answer was- i did it whats going to happen and im panicking- just wanted

then i got a load of posts back saying i give bankruptcies a bad name and allm that.

i tell you something- i have never ever encountered such a nasty bunch of people. i never claimed to mrs oh poor perfect victim. i knew what i was doing- but then i didnt really know- so i put some random post on some forum a month ago- and i didnt give it the full attention

    hears news fo you

    nobodys perfect!!!!!

never claimed to be. seemed like a good idea at the time

    clearly it wasnt

i am a bit shocked at the amount of venom that gets spitted back, if i made a mkistake in not giving due consideration to the forums reply to my post then thats a mistake but to shoot someone down like that- its not nice and its not pleasant

whilst you may not agree with what ive done- its not murdering anyone ok, its not coning or fraud- i didnt see it as fraud-

christ i could undertsand it if i had just done it tot he credit union or something

i tell you you guys are all whiter then white. and have obviousloy NEVER taken a loan out you cant repay back

thats why your on the bankruptcy forum
