I just got my Park Resorts confirmation through in the post today - they add on £6.50 per person for entertainment passes, £4.00 per person for linen charges and £5.99 per night (not per person) for Service Charges. It also states that you can opt out of the linen & entertainment charges if you want to.

Hi, does anyone know if you have to pay for entertainment passes for babies to Park Resorts? Haven and Butlins don't seem to but Park doesn't say. Surely I shouldn't have to pay for a baby?

Is this for real? I've just gone on the Sun booking site and on F&Qa it says the following which leads me to think that someone's just not shut the booking site from January when they should have.

Yes, you will need to have 8 differently numbered tokens to hand to make your booking. These are published daily in The Sun from January 9, 2010 to January 24, 2010. You can book immediately through this website using your credit or debit card. Please note that a £1.50 credit/debit card charge will be added to the total cost of your booking.

I think it is unlikely they've just left the booking form open from January. I've got my confirmation through from Park Resorts, so it obviously is getting passed on to them and they must have availability.

So do you think we will need the vouchers on arrival then? This would be a problem! :embarasse

Also, can anyone shed any light as to what an entertainment pass is actually for - or direct me as to where to look. I am unable to tell if we will need one or not - will we be disappointed if we don't have one? Sorry, I've never been to Butlins so don't quite know what to expect.

Yayyyy.have had our letter of confirmation from haven today......:D



Am very happy. Will try to "upgrade" when I call later as the children are looking forward to staying in a caravan so, hopefully we can pay extra instead of a chalet(hopefully not too much extra!!).

The letter states promo linen at 14.00 so,if this is pillow cases and duvet covers only, i will take our own and save the money towards a caravan.

For all of you booked and going, have a great time. For anyone still frantically looking to get away this Easter, I will keep looking too and post here if anything is found.
