I used to have malt extract. I'm in my earlier 30s. My mum went down the line, me then the dogs. :)

I've got a jar of it my fridge my MIL bought for the kids, it's Potters Malt Extract with cod liver oil and it's apparently butterscotch flavour. I think it cams from Holland and Barrett. Smells kind of butterscotchy but I won't be trying it!

Definitely malt extract. My grandad used to brew beer so we always had a big tub of it and everyone lined up to lick it off the same spoon!!!

Sounds like malt. Virol tasted nicer, allegedly, and cod liver oil and malt tasted worse, definitely !

Cod liver oil and malt is absolutely disgusting. The malt extract on it's own is lovely though, and makes nice malt loaf.
