Mine is now on my other finger since I got married (feels dead odd on there) but was a rounded rectangular cut tanzanite, with tiny diamonds all along the band in white gold. Unfortunately it's such an unusual shape I couldn't find a shaped wedding ring that fitted well with it so I'm now wearing it on my right hand.
I only take them off when showering or putting handcream on - more than anything else - I'm talented at losing jewellery!
We picked it together - but hubby IS incredibly good at picking out jewellery on his own - he has really really good taste!Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0 -

Only my stone isn't quite as big as that one! We chose it together, but both loved it when we found it.... He knew it was the one I wanted as apparently I went very quiet (doesn't happen often!).0 -
Hope this works
0.9ct G SI1. I love it
I'm getting a rainbow sapphire eternity ring as my wedding ring to go with it. I also bought from Hatton Garden. Definitely the place to go imho

Mine's from blue nile too!
0.83ct pear-shaped diamond on 18ct yellow gold band (sorry don't know how to do pics!) We picked our wedding rings from blue nile this week too0 -
Mine is vintage (approx 1930's) 18ct white gold with approx 0.6ct old european cut diamond. I love it. We picked it together from an antique dealers in York as that is where we met. It's much more sparkly in real life than it looks in this pic0

I don't have a picture of mine, but it's 18ct white gold with three diamonds (oOo) which are wrapped in almost an eye shape. I'd seen ones where the diamonds were all the same size and the arms either side were straight, which I didn't like, it took me the best part of 4 months to find "the one". We went shopping for it together, but I definitely chose it.MFW #66 - £4800 target0
