I have a couple of dresses in a 14 Maz, but not sure any would be to your taste. There's a floaty black and white patterned one that looks nice with a little black cardigan...but it's not very 'cool' if you know what I mean. Can send you a photo though.

would black n white be okay for a wedding? post a pic dear!

Luc, I think that was very brave, and a sign you are feeling stronger. :T
Sounds really interesting Dot, I think men do get a bit overlooked in that area sometimes - do they get offered counselling as automatically as the women do?

Luc - I think that was a good move :)
Luc well done on sending it, best to get it off your chest & if it was a genuine mistake then at least they can appologise. Hugs xx

Thanks. I figured if I said nothing it would just fester... Hopefully I will be laughing at my own stupidity by tomorrow:o

I have got a long purple flowery nice (but no sleeves) dress. Has spaghetti straps so you'd need a shrug (have one of those too) It's in a 14, I'll find it when I get home Sunday and post a pic

Maz, I have a dress - its an off white background with red & black floral pattern. It is a fifties shape - fitted v neck top and flared shirt. I wear it with a black sash around the waist which is elasticated, but a funky wide belt would work too. Add a black or red cardi, shoes (I have size 6 red suede ones that would go) and bag (think I have that somewhere too) and you're sorted

Nice response to my research interests guys...well not nice for the people that experince a tough time post loss, regardless of gender. Just that some of you think it is worthwhile. Support and counselling availability very patchy for women, and worse for men...

true27, sad to here that you had such a difficult time, hope its not too bad now.

Anyway, you have all spurred me on a bit thanks!!!

Was just one of those things, as the doctors explained it! It's all ok now, I'm remarried and I am currently trying to loose a bit of weight and cut out the booze, dose up on folic acid and all that in preparation to start trying again! Would just love a little girl......*wonders off daydreaming in pink*

Oh I hope it all works out for you. Am on the folic supplement myself at the moment - maybe we'll have DFW twins.
