Luc, I think that was very brave, and a sign you are feeling stronger. :T"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Sounds really interesting Dot, I think men do get a bit overlooked in that area sometimes - do they get offered counselling as automatically as the women do?
Luc - I think that was a good move

Oh it does, one of the reasons my first marriage broke down was because ex-hubby suffered from such bad depression due to a series of miscarriages that I had. Not a good time for anyone, and massive pressure on a relationship.Paddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -

Not in my experience, but then I wasn't offered counselling either!Paddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -
Morning all!
Thanks goodness Friday is here at last.....
LMC, so pleased your man is home! Have fun you lucky lady!!!
That means it is only days til my man (not sure if I'm allowed to call him that to his face but you lot wont mind!) is home on wednesday!
Then Suzy, it wont be another week or so until your Love is home as well!!!
So brillliant!!
I havent got any other news, i was browsing online for dresses as i have a fancy wedding at the end of May and need a new dress, as none of my skinny clothes are at all wedding-ish.
I have ordered a few to try on from the catalogue, but of course will only be keeping one....
Then i wondered whether any of my girls on here might have a nice wedding outfit in a size 14 that i could have a borrow of... ever MSE?!
Is that really cheeky of me to ask?I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

What a fantastic idea! Do you definitely want a dress? I have a suit which I think is a 14 which is very posh and weddingy in powder blue...Paddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -
I have a couple of dresses in a 14 Maz, but not sure any would be to your taste. There's a floaty black and white patterned one that looks nice with a little black cardigan...but it's not very 'cool' if you know what I mean. Can send you a photo though."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Nice response to my research interests guys...well not nice for the people that experince a tough time post loss, regardless of gender. Just that some of you think it is worthwhile. Support and counselling availability very patchy for women, and worse for men...
true27, sad to here that you had such a difficult time, hope its not too bad now.
Anyway, you have all spurred me on a bit thanks!!!Pay off as much as you can in 2012 challenge No. 64: 328.75/2,5000 -

We've all swapped clothes, handbags and stuff on here before, regularly... but generally it's because it's been offered out, but you'll learn that I'm a cheeky mare so I thought i would ask! lol!!
I never thought about trouser suit TBH, i think i suit a dress.... and i am looking forward to seeing a lot of my old colleagues for the first time since i lost weight so i'm looking for maximum impact... lol! i know how conceited!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
