So annoyed with myself for my rubbish spending and lack of self control - it's not good.
Anyway, I will leave it at that and be back Monday for a 'fresher start' as away camping over this weekend (see more money spending) and not back until Sunday.
Speak soon xxI'm quite glad you have come back!!
We know you can do it hun, have a lovely weekend camping in this gorgeous weather and we will journey on toegther next week x

God could you imagine if everyone on the thread was debt free soon and the banks couldn't make intrest and we boycotted against them it would be great, haha laugh at you the lot of the robbing scums! The banks and credit card make me so furious. They only help if they want when you have no other choices left :-@ xI AM A MONEY MAGNET, THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY FOR ME AS WE SPEAK:pMIKES MOB, DFW NERD 1071, DFW LHS 132!MIRACLES HAPPEN I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES. Glad to have you back Choc - even though you are now deserting us for a weekend away!!!
Have a fab time.
We have said we would buy a bigger tent if we started camping for longer periods. We only ever go for one or two nights at the moment so our Vango Orchy 500 is just the right size. If we started longer trips i would look at bigger ones and save our current one as a weekender!
I have been a bit concerned with the budget. But in my case due to the tax credit changes. Though we are looking at 2 years time. My DFd is Oct 2012 so i am actually hoping with extra overpayments this will be more like earlier on in the year. So now a target of April 2012 seems the best bet - then the tax credit changes shouldn't change our lives too much. Also hope OH and I will be earning more.

Morning,
Hope everyone is well and had a lovely weekend enjoying the sunshineCan't beleive I am back to work today already
Had a fab weekend camping, weather was just gorgeous - took the bikes on a nice ride around New Forest and then bbq's back at tent in evening accompanied by beer and wine- bliss! Back Sunday for afternoon bbq with friends and the football (rubbish!) and then yesterday a day shopping in Winchester with OH's Mum.
All in all a fab weekend, blown far too much money but not going to dwell on it - today is a new day and now very much focusing on the money and clearing it asap. I want to be more comfortable than I am now and that's going to mean a bit of hard work and will power on my part....something I realise that i'm not too good at of late. Think i've had my blow out or mad money spending moment these past few weeks, it's out of my system and now I am ready to focus again - weird how we go through these moments isn't it?
So mini list for me today as playing catch up with work -- Work longer day to clear some backlog
- Check online banking
- Daily free scratchie
- Eat sensibly
- Go for run
- Hang out washing to dry
- Put towel load in washing machine
Have a good day all xx0 -
Hi choc loving the list bi know what you mean re spending spree it sort of hits you hard when you come back
down to earth but it's done and I figure any little help on the push forward will reduce the debt so keep doing what your doing :-) xI AM A MONEY MAGNET, THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY FOR ME AS WE SPEAK:pMIKES MOB, DFW NERD 1071, DFW LHS 132!MIRACLES HAPPEN I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES.
