Hi guys,
Welcome andymc
Moose you updated that spending diary?!
Just got back from docs and he seems to think I have a problem with a nerve somewhereIt's causing me so much discomfort and really antagonising me - stressing me out without actually being stressed if that makes any sense whatsoever?? Anyhows, got to wait for hosp appt for some nerve testing thingymebob and then hopefully some treatment if needed - if it's not one thing its another - falling apart, they say it's downhill after turning 30 and they're not wrong for me :rotfl:
Anyhow, this little episode and that of the toothache month or so ago has got me thinking about how I should look after myself much more. Therefore from today i'm going to do just that :j Starting with eating, healthy all the way and trying to cut down on processed foods etc - get my oily fish and so on. Exercise is okish as do run a couple of times a week but now thinking I need something else like yoga perhaps - anyone know any good types? I'm thinking a dvd as don't want the cost of a class, although it would be nice
Anyway going to have to stop typing as i'm in agony....will finish off when feeling a tad less in painx

I'm (re)starting it today
I did Pilates about a year ago but she changed the class days so I couldn't go properly with work
I've got a book with DVD if you want it I'll send it to you to keep things more MSE (it's this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/15-Minute-Everyday-Pilates-DVD/dp/0756633575/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1273748296&sr=1-2 )
Hope the pain goes soon *sending pain free vibes your way*

Just a mini post as in agony and can't be doing with sitting in front of pc
Summary of what I am doing.....
1. Aim to live on £30 per week, should be doable as OH is buying food etc.
I'm cheating a bit but have £22.50 in my purse so this is my booster to start me on my way and know I have a bit of a busy wend ahead so will help....
So will withdraw £30 from cash machine today and add it to the money in purse and go from there - we shall see how it goes  If I have any money left over from this week come next Friday I will draw out less from cash machine then and so on......this is a rough plan as can't really think straight with this bliming nerve thing annoying me
Will be back to post later hopefully, if not then over the weekend.
Hope everyone is well xx0 -
