Just realised that I am not sure what I am saving the £2 coins for or what I will use them towards  - any suggestions?
I would say the debt repayment fund but want to use them for something else as kinda want to keep them separate - now that sounds bad doesn't it???0 -
Save the £2's for a treat, perhaps for a nice meal out on your hols or something. Otherwise the deb-busting will be a drag and you'll loose interest.
Have a good Friday evening, Pen xThis time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -

Evening choc
it would be nice if you could get away for a bit on your week off, sounds a bit too energetic for me though:p

I think a treat fund it a great idea! I paid with a £2 yesterday and realised i am still pondering whether to save them up. Mine would be to save up for the wedding but then that is a fantastic big treat!!

It's amazing how quickly they build up - a great way to save for perhaps spending money for wedding/honeymoon perhaps? x0 -
It's dull and overcast here
Mind you don't mind so much as working anyway so can't be out in it. OH has gone to play golf with his mates and left me in peace
Def going to use the £2 towards treats probably for hols in June. Then after that I think I will save them up and use them for paying for Xmas as expensive time of year etc.
Off to friends for evening which will be nice, probably get a takeaway (:o) but feel I can justify it as working all weekend and will only be a fiver or so as we ususally share a meal.
Have a good day all :Dxx0 -
Just been very MSE and called friend to ask if she minded not getting take away as trying to save money and just catch up instead - she was cool as preg with second baby on way and wanted to save money too and is now going to cook an extra large lasagne that she was already cooking for hubby and little one and save some for us later tonight to have with chips and salad - yum! Bless, it's so nice to have understanding friends, i'm a lucky girl
Have also arranged to pop and see my Dad tomorrow as he is home the weekend (after I finish work) for a catch up and then have Monday to spend with OH - a lovely weekend ahead for Choc me thinks:D:D

Have a great weekend choc!! I wonder if your dad will have some £2 coins for you!!!
You are a lucky girl to have great friends. I am lucky that out of my friends only one is really better off money wise then us and she is quite stingy with spending really!!
Re the £2 saving...i think saving for spending money would be a great idea. Our wedding and honeymoon are rolled into the same holiday...however the plan is my mum will have the girls for a couple of days on the holiday while OH and I 'pop' over to eygpt to see the pyramids!!!So perhaps ill save £2 coins for that!
