    Morning all :D

What a lovely morning, been up and out already. Working from home again today so hopefully it'll warm up and I can pop out for a bit at lunchtime.

Pay day today so need to sit down later and work out a budget - i'm actually kind of excited. OH and I need to do lots of paperwork these next few days for house etc too so it'll be a couple of days admin for us.....dull!

Actually aching today from the exercise I did yesterday. Seeing it as a good thing and hopefully i've worked some muscles and burned some fat!

Not sure if it'll be a nsd today or not, depends if I can be bothered to go food shopping tonight or not. Need to but want to make sure i'm prepared first with a shopping list and meal plan, it may have to wait until tomorrow, we shall see.....depends if OH minds being starved for another day :rotfl:

Hope everyone has a lovely day x

Have altered my weight target - want to get to 10st somehow which is where i'm at my happiest (weight wise that is!) when first started out thinking along these lines I was 10st 12lbs - been stupidly good of late and exercising like a maniac so hopefully come Sunday i'd have lost a few lbs....here's hoping anyway :o
  • Morning choc!

    Hey devonmaid!

I'm hoping I can keep up the healthy eating and exercise, this sunny weather has just made me realise that I want to feel confident in my summer clothes and not pudgy - i'm not big by any means a healthy size 10/12 but since xmas i've put on 12lbs - almost a stone  through bad eating and not exercising and at 32 I can't afford to just let myself go.....the more I put on the harder it'll be.....i'm sure after 30 everything is harder, I used to be able to eat salad, lose weight and not have to exercise....whats happened :rotfl:

I am STUPIDLY excitied that it is pay day - i'm officially a weirdo ;)

Think i'm really finding the right balance, it really has been my 'proper' light bulb moment - just many years to late  Hey ho, i'm here now!

Just got back from another lunchtime run (shortish one this time) popped myself some of my batched cooked chilli in micro for lunch and now sat down relaxing - all whilst working from home so no real costs :D I actually think i've done more exercise since cancelling my gym membership this week than I have done all year.....:o:o:o

OH and I are going to sit down this evening/tomorrow and work out money and things. I really want to pay more to my debt repayment fund this month. Perhaps i'll start the payment a day thigy?? Not sure yet, even if I do 1p per day that's something I guess.

Anyhow off for shower and more work, have a nice afternoon :D

Well done choc - on the excercising and wanting to pay more off your debt each month. I am also considering the PAD. Don't know where to pay it to debts directly or put in in my online saver as an extra to pay to my debt at the end of the month.

I hope you are enjoying your day!
