Hi guys,
I am going on holiday with my husband and 3 year old son in May, does anyone know where to buy a cheap suitcase big enough for all 3 of us? Not much money left.
Thanks in advance

This is not the answer you are looking for so i apologise, but i bought an Antler suitcase about 5 years ago and it has been all over the globe many times. It is in perfect condition.
My point is that it is worth paying that bit more for something that will last you.
Have you tried TK Max? They usually have good quality cases at discount prices. The Summer Holiday of a Lifetime0 -
matalan used to be cheap but not any more although they may have sale on. try putting a post on the "wanna buy it" forum and someone might have spotted something recently. good luck0

TK Maxx.
Get a travelpro / samsonite for bargain price and they'll last forever0 -
I'm wondering where you might be going to where the luggage allowance will give you enough weight for 3 amounts of clothing plus the actual weight of the suitcase itself? I'm guessing somewhere hot where you'll be only wearing swimwear.
I bought very good, strong Tripp luggage in the sale at Debenhams.DEBT FREE BY 60Starting Debt 21st August 2019 = £11,024

IMHO EBay is a great place to get good quality luggage that has been used just the once or maybe twice as a lot of folk these days just don't have the room to store luggage in flats/apartments.

Try posting a wanted on freecycle/freegle. I answered an ad and got a really good quality suitcase, from a family clearing a family member's home. Worth a try0

some great deals on tripp luggage at debenhams.0

I've also had Tripp Luggage from Debenhams. Always picked it up for half price or less in their sales.
Ok, the RRP is probably hugely inflated, but always found the sale prices to be very good for what is good quality luggage. They have a sale on right now, both in store and on their website.0 -
Likes socks said, if you're flying make sure you don't go over your luggage allowance. Usually one bag and one allowance goes with one person, you can't combine your allowances into one heavy bag.0
