We are not talking a load of muscle as muscle is on average twice as dense as fat.
Tennis players, footballers, most regular athletes don't come out as obese. You would have to build muscle on purpose to get to those levels.0 -

maybe we should tax people who spend long hours infront of a computer. inactivity is a bigger risk for heart disease than obesity.
