I already have magnolia pap and yes you see all the marks but think I will just go over and the paper seems to match it ok.

    Whats happened with the dog?

Yes its awful. I used to have really nice off white paper with a sort of grain in it. It wasn;t as bad as it sounds. But when I redecorated I have a feature wall (blue flowers with silver) and cream walls. The walls need topping up ever 2/3 months. I am so glad I brought value paint now ;)

Where to start... He still isn't toilet trained, he has no feeding routine, no one else walks him, he needs nutering but lil bro won't pay for it, he keeps bringing up bile (linked to no feeding routine) and he trashes the house. Need I say more...

I would seriously say to him, if he doesn't sort it out then you will phone the rspca and get them to come and take him away...its not your responsibility the dog is HIS...

I've been told lots of times over the years that I tend to repeat myself, so I know it is true. I just don't want to be a totally different person (my boss wants me to say less in general and be what I feel is more "cold"). I think I'm a marmite person. Some people love the fact I'm caring, like a laugh and to speak to people. Other people are more reserved and straight to the point so don't feel as happy with someone like me. I feel that it is worth the marmite haters to have warm relationships with the marmite lovers (if you see what I mean).

ZTD - I loved your post. I used to be very focussed at work but have decided I don't want to be the sort of person it takes to be in senior management (nor do I want the lack of personal time it would leave me with), but I don't think admitting to not being ambitious would go down well with my boss.

......and what's wrong with being hardwired this way. Its not her way or the high way.

I have this fear that if I can't be what she wants then this will be the result. That might be about me and my fears (like many people I've been bullied out of a job before - when HR is bad then it is very bad) or it might be a real risk oneday. Always hard to tell.
