Yep...I saw there was an update to the "Limits to Growth" book - I just received it today from Amazon:D0 -
A good counsellor is a much better option for you, as you can talk things through and learn different and healthier ways of communication, and get to the root cause of why you are behaving and feeling this way, doctors have no time to really listen and get to the core of your problem, and believe me tablets can not do this, they may take the edge off certain symptoms depression, anxiety ect but they can not create a new you, that takes a lot of insight and hard work.
Is ther any group therapy courses in your area they ae exellent?, best of luck to you on your journey of self discovery.0
