Never heard so much rubbish! It's a SCAM! They do not supply any documents that you have paid for and do not reply to any contact. So Martin if you paid a high price for coke but didn't get your coke = fraud!! I can't believe this is still allowed to continue! I reported them to trading standards and fraud action months ago! They should be ashamed!0

Richard Jonathan Rodwell Kirkby has 16 current or previous company director or secretary appointments.
As well as James Jurek Rutherford being the director of this company the above named guy is also a director so I guess he is responsible for any wrong doing by Title Registers Ltd.0 -
What a sucker! Fell for it hook line & sinker. Luckily my bank have been very understanding and have reimbursed me without question. Same as everybody else, nothing received, no answer to emails sent in reply to the receipt reply address. The address given on the website just keep bouncing back! My bank informed me that A person was caught by this website last week for a 'substantial amount'. So it's still going on, how can that website, which is s obviously a scam, still be allowed to operate? Is there a way we can close it down?0

Let his friends know what he is doing.
I told you they are a dodgy family all together so guess they have no conscience. They have a couple of pubs in Notts and Ilkeston if you care to visit them and ask for any money back.
Just check the Rutherford name on line they are easy to find on twitter and facebook they like to show off.
I cannot understand how the site is still open??0 -
I wish the LR would take some positive action in relation to these unofficial sites - but sadly they say there is nothing they can do.
With some political will of course, they could all be shut down.0 -
Unfortunately, this is just a commercial enterprise, albeit a very expensive one!
At best, potential customers need to be warned that the service is much cheaper elsewhere ie at the LR.
Like others, I would be steaming for getting mugged and it just goes to show you have to keep your wits about you.Mornië utulië0 -

Yes, they and other agencies will say, "There's nothing we can do". because, that saves them from actually having to do anything.
The several posts that say these people are providing an expensive service, but nevertheless a service, are spectacularly and suspiciously missing the point. This is a SCAM through and through. They are simply using the Land Registry site to scam people.
The Land Registry "Representative" who says the queries where there has been "non-receipt or non-response to calls has been relatively small in number" deserves an award for ducking the issue.
He ought to stand up on his hind-legs, pretend that he or Land Registry, give a damn that criminals are using the LR site, and DO SOMETHING. i.e. not sit around and wait for someone to tell him what Trading Standards or other enforcement agencies have done.0 -

The fact that they know where to get the information cheaply and are relying on you not knowing you can do the same doesn't make it a scam. It's a ripoff and probably immoral, but it's neither a scam nor illegal.
There are 18 reviews on the link posted at #4 . And another 6, I think, on this thread. All of them saying that they paid for a service that they did not receive. All of them are saying the scammers refuse to, or have not returned their money.

That makes it both a scam and illegal0
