Not really got any tips but just wanted to say i totally sympathise with you both.... i have had really terrible morning sickness (couldn't even get out of bed for 3 days!) for about 10 weeks! I am now 19 weeks and thankfully havn't been sick for 3 weeks.

I hope yours passes quickly, good luck with your pregnancies

Anyone having the same problem with liquids????

I have gone right off coffee, water of any flavour is making me feel awful and I can just manage a lemon tea occasionally. Milk is the only okay drink, but I am starting to get fed up with it!

Before I got pregnant all I would typically drink was blackcurrant high juice and ribena and now I have gone off both.
All I can really drink now is orange juice and water!

I think the ginger tablets are really helping me by the way.
  • I predict a pink one ;)

Try a glass of boiled water half an hour before food.

BS is right about the refreshers too. We keep them in stock in the hospital for nausea ;) (and dry mouth too).
    de do-do-do, de dar-dar-dar ;)
