    At least it's a freephone number. I just wonder how many (if not all) of the 30 minutes will be used up whilst on hold, listening to music, waiting to speak to someone!

    actually worked OK for me.
    they didnt start the 30 minutes until after I got through to someone and they took my details - after taking the code and e-mail address she specifically said 'Your 30 minutes starts now.'
    I didn't get any hard sell until AFTER they were able to solve my problem.
    I just politely listened to the speil and said, no thanks.
