What makes you think i dont do it properly? Just because i said if my bank would not have gave me consent to let i would have let anyway, how can that be bad for my tenants?
Your one bitter landlord
haha......
I'm a Landlord and a tenant. Which puts me in a pretty unique situation in order to comment.
To answer you question.....YES......because you said that. You are inapproriately putting your tenants at risk, that is not fair - nor should tenants have to pay good money to a Landlord who does such a thing. Long may you continue to keep mocking yourself.I can take no responsibility for the use of any free comments given, any actions taken are the sole decision of the individual in question after consideration of my free comments.
That also means I cannot share in any profits from any decisions made!;)0 -
new_home_owner wrote: »i would because really thats what most landlords should do, what makes you so different and special to other landlords?
I know what does make you different, you are jealous of anyone becoming a landlord has you think it will effect your empire, thats why in your eyes most landlords are selfish ones, your just a pr!ck!!!
Whenever people have to resort to this kind of behaviour, you always know they are on their last legs.
Your comments, opinions, advice is all but invalidated. Case closed.
PS. I have no empire! So once again, your profiling is way off the mark.....good luck with any future profiling, you need it.I can take no responsibility for the use of any free comments given, any actions taken are the sole decision of the individual in question after consideration of my free comments.

Pretty much exactly right......profiling abilities have improved vastly.
I really despair, when adults who have been presented with facts and valid advice choose to become immature and child like in response. No-one else has the ability to make you look quite so silly as yourself.I can take no responsibility for the use of any free comments given, any actions taken are the sole decision of the individual in question after consideration of my free comments.

You may well be right.
But I trust that, generally, sense prevails.
Despite not having responded to me directly, I do trust that she is weighing up what I've said. If not, then that's ok, it's her choice afterall.
But at least this thread will enlighten some people that advocating your fraudulent ideas is not in the spirit of moneysavingexpert.I can take no responsibility for the use of any free comments given, any actions taken are the sole decision of the individual in question after consideration of my free comments.
