as i am v fussy about scent, the only ones i wear regularly are Chanel No. 5, and White Linen by Estee Lauder. i quite like Tom Ford range for men, but i tested the whole range and i couldn't remember the names of the ones i liked!:p
Yes, sadly I've found that out about the Urban Retreat one. It is lovely though, and I might pick up a couple more before they're gone. Chanel No 5 smells great in the bottle but it doesn't suit me at all.
I'm pretty much wearing Tam Dao constantly at the moment - so many people comment on how beautiful it smells. Guess I've found my signature scent then.0 -
top 2 favs are vivienne westwood boudior and thierry mugler angel yum yum
I quite like the brown Gucci one too
What does Angel smell like? I've tried his Alien one and love it! Quite a heavy perfume and reminds me somewhat of Hypnotic Poison. Not cheap though!“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
My faves
Issey Miyake £10.50
Liz Arden Green Tea £10.50
Versace Versace £21
Vera Wang £10.50

Angel is quite sweet with a vanilla like chocolatey smell. A little bit flowery but not summery flowers - can you 'smell' it from that description?
The blurb for it describes it as Featuring top notes of bergamot and helional, Angel has delicious heart notes of honey, dewberry and red berries, combined with rich, sensual base notes of vanilla, caramel, chocolate and patchouli.
Yum yumIf you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0 -

Truth by Calvin Klein. Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.

Mmmmm it sounds delicious and perfect as a daytime perfume!“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
I was give some Ghost (original one) and absolutely love it...I'm on my 2nd bottle already.
My other fave although its a bit dated now is Samsara.0 -
I'm still faithful to First ( Van Cleef & Arpels). It is getting hard to find now other than on the 'net and I live in terror of it being discontinued.
I am actively trying to find a second perfume but nothing else even comes close for me even in the same fragrance family ( floral aldehydics).0
