    Hi Everyone,

    Can I join please??

I sick of seeing photos of me looking fat!! My daughter was born 19 months ago and Ive been using the old 'baby weight' excuse ever since but enough is enough.

Time to get the chunk off this trunk!

For the past 3 weeks Ive been doing a 1 hour exercise class each week but Im hoping to step this up a gear and get a load of exercising in. Im going to get a fitness dvd to do at home because getting out of the house with little miss isnt so easy. Can anyone recommend a decent one?

Im also eating healthier, well attempting to anyway!

At the moment I weigh around 13 stone and Im only 5'3" so apparently I need to be around the 8/9 stone mark

I dont have scales so wont be weighing myself regularly, I tend to go by how my clothes fit, at the moment Im a 14/16 but would love to be a 10/12, ha!

Anyhoo thats enough about me, must sleep (been to Triple Challenge tonight, practically killed me!)

Looking forward to getting to know you all!

    Me
    xxx

Hi all, reporting a 0.9kg gain been eating for england for no good reason - thik it's getting used to the increased exercise. I am going for a 30 minute walk in the morning and about 15-20 in the evening and need to stop using it as an excuse to eat more as it clearly isn't balancing out!

hope the first day was everything you wanted Vix, and bummer Granny. Clearly too much timeewarping going on there. Hope things get better for you.

I'm mad busy trying to finish my dress for next week. Also, this week I'm catering OH's roleplaying event - 20 players and 10 crew. It's this 1930s themed thing. Either I'm going to eat like a horse, or I'll be so busy that I won't have time to eat anything!

Aww Eric, I feel so bad for you:kisses::grouphug::D:D.

You will get the balance right eventually - I still would be thrilled with your level of weight loss - on the hand I don't have your level of exercise or committment so I don't deserve it :o:D!

Dont forget my massive deficit because of my insane maintenance level :( , there's also the possibility that I am putting on a reasonable amount of muscle as well, but I have no way of measuring this ...

You just have to avoid the :EasterBun

Happy to report a -2LB LOSS this week, making up for last week's slip-up. :D Having a day off today, going shopping for the garden and lunch out with OH, no dinner tonight as I've got a time-keeping gig so must leave off the late night snacking :naughty:

Well done to all the losers and STS-ers this week, to the gainers chin-up, tomorrow is another day.

Way to go Dinah!! Are you still on Phase 1? The reason for your headache is because you are getting "withdrawl symptoms" from the foods you are intolerant to. So in a way its good news () but rest assured it will pass. Well done you! :T
