I wonder if we should give ourselves an extra tenner, so as to stop us thinking 'I'll never make it, might as well go mad!'

    £70 it is then!

Coincidentally what I will *actually* have once I start new job after petrol etc... eep!

£51.55... off work this week. I have one dinner on Tuesday, but I'm not paying!!! yay!

Will need to get more tins of fruit tomorrow.. Tesco seems to be cheaper than Lidl, so off there. Got fed at work today (last day!) and had tinned strawberries for tea. So no spend.

Also have to cancel luxuries tomorrow, pout. (gardener. a neccessity when NEVER home due to work, a luxury when home every night) Not going to be a fun conversation. *Might* leave it until after interview for other job... (will find out before have to start emergency job)

Anyway...£18.45 to go... wonder if I can squeeze campsite fees out of it???

    sunday menu..

made strawberry yigurt yesterday, so that made very old weetabix style cereal taste ok

have just put cheese bread into breadmaker; and 4 random tins and a stock cube in slow cooker. not sure if it's going to be stew or soup! but it was
    - half tin fried onions
    - sweetcorn
    - chickpeas
    - tomatoes

It's a real nuisance not being able to eat spicy food atm cos a little dash of cumin would have made that gorg...

anyway.. 2 burger buns left from yesterday, gonna find scrap of cheese to melt in them... as it'll be HOURS until random stew is done.

I'm having a BIG clear up today, poor dustbin man will be groaning under the strain of all the old job stuff that is going (keeping anything worth more than 5p for boot sale though!)

Usual Sunday freebie dinner at oldies (with 100% extra free this week only! Including - yes you guessed it - leftovers for tomorrow). A rather needed no spender today.

oops I think I blew the budget.

I've been revising really hard for exams on Friday - so no lovingly prepared packed lunches or well thought out dinners this week - just no time. Ah well I'll admit defeat and try again next month.
