Good news that Frank is home and ok.
Re the warfarin.....Lots of my patients are on warfarin and it does create difficulties with many drugs. Warfarin and amoxycillin can interact in rare cases but that wouldn`t stop them from being prescribed together.......as a precaution they would usually ensure the INR levels are checked regularly whilst on the Amoxy and that the Amoxy is stopped if the levels become deranged. People on warfarin also have to be careful of the amount of cranberry juice they drink as it interacts and causes clotting problems, doctors don`t always tell you this.0
