I have been a vodafone customer before and never will again. My OH would never use them either. Personally, I would make a complaint, get out of the contract and go elsewhere. If you get no joy from vodafone contact the telecommunications ombudsman at this address http://www.otelo.org.uk/pages/44mobilephones.php. Hope you manage to sort it out
