After all, once you've discussed peg-matching and lists written by someone called pigpen in public, reality really doesn't have any relevance!

Oh greenbee, this did make me chuckle! I think this sums up the flylady world perfectly :rotfl:

choccybix - I hope yesterday went as well as these things can.
Thanks honey, its today so I'm just pootling along doing a few jobs to keep me busy then its time to get ready. I've only ever been to one funeral before :o and that was 13 years ago, so it does feel weird today. My mum's made some beautiful table decorations for the wake with our friend's favourite flowers. I'm sure it will be as lovely as it can be today IYSWIM xx
Anyway, I'm just popping in to wish all the luck in the world to Sandy. I'll be thinking of you at 11.30 xx
    I need direction to perfection...

    Morning Ladies

Easter holiday time :) All essays handed in and lectures done for 3 weeks. Got a list as long as my arm of things to do before Wednesday, but I'll get there. Meant to be going for lunch with my friend today but she hasn't texted back. Need to go to the gym too, but just finished my porridge so better wait a while. I'll do some flying while I wait

I'll definitely be on the bus too, Sandy, and I promise I'm not mucky or smelly! Has anyone mentioned wheelchair races yet?

Cyclingyorkie that's so sad hun, thinking of you and their families.
AJ positive vibes for your friends gee-gee, I was devastated when my pony passed 14 months ago.
Rose hope you and your OH feel better today, lots of hugs, but well done for going to your meeting on your own!!
Lady-L, Toots and Diva, vibes and hugs as always.

    Hugs to everyone
    xx

Thanks for all the positive vibes, I don't feel that I am doing anything out of the ordinary, just being a good friend in the hope that the favour will be returned if ever it is needed (my mum brought me up well, treat others as you would like to be treated!).

My plan before I leave in just over an hour is

Unpack and put everything away from my many weeks away
Clean my equipment (you would be horrified if I told you what it is)
    Hang washing up
    Have a quick tidy round

When I get back I am hoping to run the vacuum round but I am not sure how long I will be.

Sandy I have just read back to catch up, if I am not too late I will join you on the bus x

Gosh this bus IS crowded! Vibes for SANDY

I can EASILY pick you up...after all, it's on my way!

Thursday is the day I am meeting my friend (the one who's getting married later this year) - she has already 'booked' me for that, as she has work commitments...so Friday (or another day) would suit...thanks for the PM Penny

I have JUST realised that the AV on the lappy wasn't up-to-date (we have a three user licence set-up in Valli Towers which we now need with two lappys and a PC) so I have updated it - especially as I am using it more and more.

    In my HHC i

    Tidied living room
    Folded load from td
    Wm x 1
    Td x 1
    Sorted recycling
    Put dry dishes away
    Washed up
    S & S Kitchen
    S & S Bathroom
    Put clean laundry away

That's completely wiped me out now so i'm going to sit down with a pot of peppermint tea until i have to pick up Ds2. I must remember to take £1 they're selling the daffodils the children planted.
