I have my uncle here for a while doing odd jobs about the house for me.. I have him a list..

Sort guttering above girls room
Curtain pole back up in Middle room
Unblock sink overflow
Reseal bath
replace glass in dd2's bedroom window

Today I have added..

blinds up in kitchen
Light fittings in loo and bathroom

so far he has..

Replaced DD2's glass
Resealed bath
Tidied the shed
Tidied the garden
Cleared gunge from the side guttering
Watched OH paint the kitchen ceiling! lol

Kitchen list completed today.. Last week I bought a new mop.. today I broke the old one!! Good timing I thought!

I must get some stuff on ebay this weekend I'm so far off my £300 target!!

The good news is though I have kept on top of my house!!

vacuuming high traffic areas, T F S S
making meals T F S S

Night-time routines

swish & swipes of the kitchen W T
tidying the living room W T


Extras

1. Wipe woodwork in the living room/s
2. 15 minutes filing

Tuesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing

Level 2
Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..
Wash windows and nets/curtains
replacing with fresh linen
15 minutes floordrobe clearance
Level 3
Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
Sort one area of clothes or linen storage making sure only what should be in there is, anything that's had it's day or doesn't belong there is removed
Sort through a box or bag of stuff you've not looked at in months.. I am certain you don't need most of it

Extras

1. Binbag dance
2. Eggs bought?
3. Binbag dance!
4. Wipe grotty paintwork.. touch up any bits that are looking shabby

Wednesday ~ Kitchen and Dining roomLevel Two
Wipe units and appliances..
Empty and wash out bins
Level Three
Scrub manky marks off walls and tiles

Extras

1. Binbag dance
2. HHI
3. Clean out fridge
4. Wipe over oven and hob!

Monday ~ Living room, Hallway, Stairs
Level One
[STRIKE]remove clutter from floors, chairs and fireplace..[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Vacuum floors you can see and sofas [/STRIKE]
Open the windows and let in some fresh air
Level Two
[STRIKE]Vacuum under the furniture you can move safely
Wipe and water neglected plants
Dust those flat fluffy surfaces[/STRIKE]
Level Three
[STRIKE]muck out manky pets![/STRIKE]
Clean windows, pictures, mirrors etc.
Vacuum hall and stairs.. all the way up to the top!!!!!

3. Sort spreadsheets/finances/meal plans etc

Vacuum and turn mattress before replacing with fresh linen

Level 3
Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing

Not been flying lots so far today as I've been on a school trip with DD (she's 6) and the rest of her class.. am exhausted!!

Did level 1 before I left, and might attempt level 2 now, although a rather large G&T is calling... :rotfl:

Hopefully will catch up properly tomorrow. Hope everyone is ok?

Didn't get to winchester in time for my training course tonight due to traffic on the M3 so am home unexpectedly early. Can't decide whether to indulge and have a long bath then get ready for tomorrow, or be sensible and attempt to make some inroads into the chaos in the house. I'll see how my energy levels are when I've found some food...
