    Evening all!

    I'm like this ---> :D

    I told it like it is, athough I wasn't able to get through all of my notes about what has happened, but the governor was really nice. She asked me if I wanted the entire conversation to be in confidence, or whether I wanted anything to be fed back so that the school can learn. I've told her that she can feed things back, but she's said she will wait until after I leave. I told her how unhappy all of the staff are, including TAs, and she said that she will bring forward the exit interviews of my year colleague and the other NQT so that she can get a bigger picture on what has been going on, which sounds quite positive! She also let me know about another free counselling service that the LEA provide if I need to use them at any point.

    I told several of my allies at work, and they are all thrilled that someone has had the guts to stand up to them. One of the TAs said that "some people cry and do nothing, and some people smile and change things", which I thought was really nice.

    Just wish I could tell my children cos I want them to know it's my last week with them next week, but I have to wait until the Head sends out a news letter, which may not be until the last week of term. :(

    Will also get the supply agency to get the reference pretty quickly before I leave, so that it should be ok.

    Thank you to everyone for all of your support - it has meant the world to me!

    All my love,

    sexymouse xx

    Ah, my dear friends - yes the jolly old Half C it was. How is it possible? I know for *certain* that I am only 32. :rotfl: At least I'm in good company, though. xxx

    Valli I'll hit the jolly old Half C next month, and frankly I'm dreading it. I had just two b'day cards last year, and one of those was from Mr LW.:( but tbh I just feel like kicking it under the carpet and forgetting it.

  • Hi everyone :j

    Well, I haven’t stopped this afternoon. Decided to venture into the room of doom – DS2 & DS3’s bedroom!!

    I’ve gutted it. I’ve gone through every box, every book. All the book shelves, the toy cupboard, under the bed, window sills, everywhere.

    I’ve taken out 4 black bags of paper, broken toys, old pens, tatty magazines, bits of toys that I know I threw part away last time I did this……. If I see another blooming match attax/yo-gi-oh/pokemon/top trump/top gear/top dinosaur blooming card I will scream :D

    I’ve also cooked dinner & decluttered a nice chicken, onion & mushroom stirfry with fried eggs (using up stuff from the fridge – really nice & tasty, might have to leave those ingredients lying around again :D)

    I’m worn out now. The bedrooms are ready for hoovering tomorrow and a quick wipe round & they will be done! :j

    I’m amazed at how ‘easy’ this is becoming. I’ve only been doing it about 3 weeks and each room is getting easier.

    I’m really pleased with myself and I want to thank everyone on here. The support is great! :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

    I would never have done all this on my own. I would still be sitting here getting more and more depressed about how rubbish I am at being a SAHM and having DH complaining about state of our home. He's noticing stuff and making nice comments (I've told him about you lot...he uses forums a lot himself and has been known to venture on to mse.....better watch what I say....):rotfl::rotfl:*wanders off to change password on laptop security...
