    Hi Nixi,

    Welcome...mine was a 12th April too;)

Thankyou for a great account of the day. It is good to type it out both to get the thoughts out of your head but also to reassure others that its not as bad as they imagine it will be. Keep posting...its good to hear from you.

BTW everyone is welcome over in the `Inn` ....so if you just feel like a virtual drink & a chat anytime then pop in:beer::beer:

It took weeks to do the wretched forms, I'm so pleased to see the back of them!

Yeah congrats! Enjoy debt free life - I think the key for OR interview is be prepared with your SOA and a drink
please post more don't lurk, I have come out of the woodwork lately too......
wow that was a busy court - I was in and out in 90 minutes and the person who was booked in after me didn't show!
I thought the same re the court - everyone else was in jeans/ tracky bs and t shirts I was dressed as you say - respectfully we were in court after all! I couldn't have gone in jeans my conscience would not let me!
you have reminded me I must sort out my new bank account!
My OR interview was the day after my birthday, but I didn't let it ruin my day :D

    Thanks Mum2b!
I have been enjoying the post for the last few days. Those ominous envelopes actually make me feel a sense of peace, because they remind me that I am finally free.
I did receive my pack from the OR this morning, and it has helped to reassure me that I can at least ensure that I am prepared for the interview.
It's just the dates that worry me - much of my debt was credit card debt, and I haven't the faintest idea when I took the cards out! Mostly more than 5 years ago at least, and my memory's not the best for dates.
I know that the OR can of course obtain the information himself directly, but can't help feeling that anything that I can do to make it easier for him, will make him easier on me. Does that make sense??
Um... I'm assuming you mean a glass of water rather than a glass of wine, lol! I'll probably line up the coffees in advance instead - all different temperatures in sequence... Perhaps that's a little over planning... :rotfl:

I get you, the joys of the post coming through and it not being for you to worry about anymore :D in a sick kinda way!
I got a solicitors letter from my ex re joint loan the day after I was declared BR LOL
You should have put the dates on your form already - I just put appx 2006 for example and didn't get asked anything further.......but I know what you are saying about making it easier - honestly you are worrying more than you need to, if you don't know then just tell him you don't know and he should leave it at that.
    I wish I'd had a glass of wine lol I had a coffee and a water :p
