Argh I need a boot up the bum!! Sounds rather pathetic but I feel really down atm cos I'm sick of having a face that looks like a pizza. Doesn't help that two people at work pointed to me and went 'omg look at her face'. :mad:, so going to try get a doctors appointment tomorrow!!
So plan for tomorrow:
Phone doctors surgery and attempt to get a same day appointment
Find my beauty uniform (its disappeared eek!)
Get some more stuff on eBay.
Cash in my lightspeed points
Possibly request my paypal balance so I don't spend it on clothes!:D
Transfer £300/£400 from my current account into buffer account so I hopefully don't spend it/
Just entered a lottery syndicate at work so hopefully ill get my 10K that way!0 -

That made me cry, you're not kidding it's powerful! -have been thinking about maybe doing surrogacy when my family is complete, started looking into it and really want to do it from reading about how happy the families are when they get their baby
stuff like this makes me really really want to do it! xx
Surrogates in my eyes are angels on earth. I also go on another forum quite a lot which is aimed at infertility and surrogacy adoption etc. If your interested in doing it you should read through there. I will PM you the address if your interested.0 -

Trust that little voice in your head that says "Wouldn't it be interesting if...";

Yes please hon, my OH is asking me if I'm OK now cos I'm in tears reading your blog! I did look up a couple of sites - mostly looked at the stories people have posted - but I'm unsure whether or not I want another of my own before I start talking to people about it. To be honest we can't afford it and I'm becoming more and more certain we should give our attention to the children we already have and not divide our time still further...but I started thinking about it when my sister was trying - she's now pregnant - and was completely sure I'd do it for her if by some chance she couldn't conceive. I loved that Jane was in touch with the families she carried children for, that was lovely! xxI have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.0

Sorry 2cats, I've been faffing with the links post for the last hour trying to get all the links on there and missed your question.
Completely agree with Amber - the first thing you should do is get her microchipped. All vets and shelters have chip readers now, and it means that if ever she goes missing again you have a hugely increased chance of getting her back.
And I would do what you have already suggested - put some of the gravel they usually use outside into the litter tray inside. I foster all sorts of cats, even feral ones who have never used a litter tray and they all know exactly what it is for without any problem. The only ones I have trouble with are kittens as they are used to their mum clearing up after them. Kids hey!
Is there any way you can keep the blind one indoors and still let the others out? I have the fosters in the dining room while I'm out, so that my cats can use the cat flap at the front of the house. When I'm in and the fosters are mingling is the only time my cats have to ask to go out. I have to round up the fosters to make sure they don't escape first though - they make a bolt for any open door!:jI shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.0
