babymoo - hugs, just read your blog, You have such a fantastic style of writing despite its subject it is a pleasure to read. My only (picky) observation is that the word 'new' near the beginning should be 'knew'. You are such a strong person; you have my utmost respect. Hugs again xx
Evenin all by the wayLife is a work in progress0 -
Paula - have you already sent my sulkie? If you have that was very naughty, money is still filtering through the system so I haven't paid yet. Glad I have ordered it now though as friend phoned this afternoon to say that she has a blood clot on her lung, so we are going to go and see her at the weekend and it will make a lovely get well soon pressie. Probably is completely screwed, but doesn't matter anyway, the fish tank took 3 people to lift it in the house and it was empty then, got no chance of moving it to get to the socket, bit screwed really!
Babymoo - off to read your blog, didn't get to the PO on fri, but book is packed and on the side with the other bits to go tomorrow.turn £100 into £10000 in 2010 member #16 £567.68/£10,000 -I'm a wiggly worm, I'm a wiggly worm, how do you do, I love you, I'm wiggly worm!0 -

2Cats - if kitty has been taken to wood green, you are fine, they leave it 7 days before they class it as homeless, so your cat will be there, however, they will charge you £30 for thew privalege of making you worry for 24 hours (trust me!)
Ok, so I am going to moan about the fish in a round about way AGAIN, but I am hoping that if ever you are thinking about getting some, you will think again! OH plugged in some wave making ting before he went out to sea this afternoon, then my internet cuts off for a bit, then it goes off anfd I can't get it working, guess where the phone socket is? Down the side of the 10 tonne fish tank that is leaking all over it for the bl00dy thing he put in it earlier¬! Turned ofg the machine, but the phone socket is soaked and won't work and I can reach it because the gap isn't big enough and I HATE F**KING FISH TANKS! However, found OHs netbook that should be on the boat (dunno why it was down the side of the sofa) but it has a dongle in it, so slow, but I have tinternet, but no phone.
Sorry, he has had 2 days off in a row and he is sooooo much hard work, I am a bit highly strung atm, off to find my beloved strawberry cider and some choc, then am contemplating taking the hair dryer to the phone socket, anyone think thats a bad idea? I am serious!
Second not sure about hairdryer idea be careful
Third Mmmmmmmmmmmmm strawberry cider0 -

Talking of men and their hobbies
My OH got an obsession with model planes
He took this enormous plane to a local beauty spot to fly it even though he had no experience
I had to go with him of course
Well we were on top of a hill looking onto the pond when he got it airbourne
He didnt know what the hell he was doing and some poor unsuspecting people who were feeding the ducks had to run for cover as this giant plane hurtled toward them
It did a few loops darted at full throttle about the sky up and down everyone looking thinking !!!!!!
Then it came to a halt nose down buried in some dirt
Honestly I went mad he could have hurt people
Needless to say he gave that hobby up and now does something relativly safe ....computing
Not the same adrenoline rush though0 -
Mmmm strawberry cider - that sounds incredible! Yum. I've got a big bar of chocolate in the fridge but i'm upstair and too lazy to fetch it, so it might survive 'til tomorrow.Just £10,852.28p to go...
Trust that little voice in your head that says "Wouldn't it be interesting if...";
And then do it.0
