use a pencil for pressing those tiny electrical reset buttons you can never get to.“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

One day in January 2010, I was reading through Money Saving Expert looking for ideas to save some money .I chanced upon a thread which was change £100 into £10,000, since then I have become hooked. I never keep at anything ,diets, exercise, plans but this was something that has grabbed my imagination.
Maybe it was because it was the turn of the year I mean 2010 seems somehow more important than the turn of the millennium to me, some of the 0000’s were rough for me some wonderful but some really not so and I think I saw the opportunity here to do something about it actually do something .
Well it turns out a few others have been inspired as well ,well more than that I reckon 300+ on the thread there are certainly 40-50 regulars that keep the thread bouncing along with energy ,stories ,ideas, theories, jokes, misery, sadness and most importantly madness. Not the run of the mill madness, it’s a special kind of madness that induces enthusiasm, strange moneymaking schemes and definite camadere strange word to use in 2010 but definitely there. No-one cares about winning no-one cares about getting to the winning line before December but we will certainly be very pleased if someone actually makes it, there will be drinks flowing in every part of the UK, Spain I’m sure at the start there was an Australian will need to check .
I am writing this as I sit in my living room with yet another repeat of New Tricks liked it first time can’t understand how they can show so many repeats on T.V. and still get ratings ,got to laugh as I am sitting here writing my first book well I think that’s what it will become ,have to say its weird with a weird title. The reason I say its weird is that before I found The Thread I had actually started to write a book but it bored the pants off me so I deleted it , and yet here I am starting again and who would have guessed at the title do you want to get on my train and visit Smirkingtree you see you can get on with a few belongings or £100.00 but when you get off you need to have changed it to £10,000 lets go you just know this journey is going to be exciting but a little bit crazy lets go loco!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mambury - thankyou muchly for the links, strawberries are a firm fav here and poundland had some hanging baskets in, so perfect, no point planting in the garden, if the neighbours carry on I am moving and I am not planting them to feed the next tennant, they need to be portable!
you're welcome! My two sprogs would eat a whole punnet each in one sitting so hopefully 36 plants () ordered will help with the fruit bill this summer!!! I can see lots of poorly tummies from eating too many strawbs!!
Pencil, pencil pencil... I did think of one but I;ve forgotten it now...
