Speaking of cheesecake, the Baked vanilla cheesecake from Costco is to die for.
16 precut slices for £12, beauty of it is you take out 2 or 4 at a time :-) takes about 15 mins to defrost and the rest stays in the freezer, none wasted and tastes delicious so much so that the coffee shop here at work buy them and sell them for £1.50 per slice!!!! I feel like setting up a stall right next door to them for £1 per slice.Would like to: Retire at 54. 19yrs .Clear mortgage by 50. 16yrs. Clear Secured debts by 43. 8yrs.Clear Unsecured debt by 39. 4yrs. Gain full control of my finances by 36. 1yr.Keep my head above water.
