    Speaking of cheesecake, the Baked vanilla cheesecake from Costco is to die for.
    16 precut slices for £12, beauty of it is you take out 2 or 4 at a time :-) takes about 15 mins to defrost and the rest stays in the freezer, none wasted and tastes delicious so much so that the coffee shop here at work buy them and sell them for £1.50 per slice!!!! I feel like setting up a stall right next door to them for £1 per slice.
