Don't encourage me! I'm not allowed anyway, my sister's having her first and I can't take the glory away from her...so do you think you might get to do the cafe thing eventually, are you going to do any qualifications in catering? You and Elly give great advice by the way :)
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

Paula- I really hope to do the cafe but would want to be more involved in the setting up and planning and promoting etc and less in the day to day catering side of it. mainly because I really love the planning spaces and places for people and can get restless easily.
The cafe would hopefully give me more flexibility as would have someone supervising day to day running.
I am enjoying this cafe work cos it is a contrast to what I spend the majority of my time doing so it relieves my restlessness rather than causes it. But that would be different if I was there 40 hours a week.
It is also really interesting to learn about something new and that you have taken for granted most of your life. And would eventually give me more confidence in employing people to work in cafe as I would understand much more clearly what is involved.
