ok back ,two little angels fast asleep and quiet reigns as OH is catching the nigh tide and won't be back til silly o clock in the morning.
Munchki - it look ideal, my first landlord said that I could keep kitties if 1)I paid for the carpets to be professionally cleaned after I left in case of fleas and 2) £50 of the deposit was to be non-refundable to account for extra wear and tear. I told the next landlord that this was the deal I had as they were hesitant and it worked, I have them, although £50 lighter off, but a deposit is a deposit, not straight out of your pocket.

I like cagnes idea but I think that it might get a bit difficult as some peole may contribute loads but not be able to sell many and others might not have as much to contibute but sell loads and then some may sell centrally etc. it might be hard to get the balance right. butthere is some great software for setting up professional online magazines and if we set it up right with a website and forums etc then there would be roles for everyone and we could all benefit financially.
There are successful magazines that are wholly online. and have communities attached to them eg forums etc
But I am happy for it to be done completely differently to my thoughts. I am throwing them into the mix and not attached to them or offended if people think they are rubbish.

Hey everyone
I think the ideas about a village are really good but heres a thought for right now. Shoot me down if I havent thought it through properly, but.........
how about everyone with a website/ebay link/blog/anything else PM me their links with a brief description of what the link is and what they are selling.
I will then put it all together in one email and then PM everyone back with the full list.
This way, we are keeping with the MSE rules about promoting your own sales, and everyone who wants to be involved can see who sells what.
Hope this makes sense, it does in my head!!Virtual sealed pot challenge 2010 member #48~ £72.62:)£10,000 in 2010~ £1177.36/£10,000:DMember of Team CBFM
