saying "I was only buying them because of the coupon and T's would have got the money anyway plus 2p handling charge" - so there :rotfl:
Been to Aldi this a.m. and got all the stuff we would buy at T's much cheaper and then went to T's to use £9 off £60 till spit. Managed to get £18 off with coupons and bought some shorts etc. which may turn out to be too big. Used 2 x £1 Dove+Care, 2 x Kettle multis, 2 x 50p Jordans, 65p till spit and £2.70 McCain Home Fries (have rearranged freezer
) and got a load of BOGOF's and other offers. Will not be going to T's again if I can help it - I would much rather go to Aldi, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, etc. Haven't got an Asda near me - shame !
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -
I hope you gave her them back

we have a tesco 5 min walk away , got asda in town about a mile away and got a lidl in town , so we use those 3 mostly , does anyone know if asda are still doing price match , a few years ago if you went in asda with a promo leaflet of another supermarket , and you got the same item they would price match it , no i didnt give her the coupons back i still have them here , however im going to tescos again later and going to try again0 -
Met the new manager at my local T's today, very nice young lady.I told her that I had shopped last week at a different T's because of the Lidl fiasco, she said she did not know that they weren't taking it, she thought it was just f/Foods, but would check when she got to her office.
When I got to the checkout the nice SA asked if it was me that had walked out without shopping last week because of the Lidl...I knew that had taken the smile off the face of that 'trout' last week...had got 6 Mcvities mocs , last week the SA inputted the cost of the biccies but today she did them all at £1.55,that was nice, can only win once more with this as it is 5 packs of biscuits per household, won 4 times now but printed them twice.I really would love to win an e-book reader(but I have won a book this week!!!)....won more Micro chips but mocs not arrived yet( won 5 times so far).Used the McCain moc for the crinkle chips again( gave them to my daughter) moc scanned at £2.70 against chips at £2.07...also used another 2 Tropicana...so not a bad shop really. Finally won on the Mccoy comp, a Football Survival Kit( great for my grandson)also won a bath towel this morning...lots and lots of little wins, must be a 'biggie' waiting around the corner.
Look out for stand with 50p mocs for PG tea, in a cellophane bag with a competition entry form and a free black marker pen.0 -

When you cook curry don't put water instead pour a can of the chopped tomato into it.
