It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Hmm........I fed Charlie a leftover venison sausage a few minutes ago and the smell that has just wafted upwards (he's snoozing on the floor next to me) from his bottom isn't good  :rotfl:

You know it's a bad one when the dog gets up and moves!

I have so much to do this weekend. It's the last of my teacher training classes on Monday (yay for the extra 41p per hour I'll get from September for being qualified - insert rolling eyes smiley!) and the last class on Tuesday night I'm teaching until early June :j I need to do quite a bit of work though for the lesson and I really can't be faffed at the moment.

Now make sure you have a good hard think about how you're going to spend that 41p BB. Don't just frit it away (on one malteser or something!)

Afternoon. Been into town to get some bits from Tesco and my tablets from Boots. I also wiped out £12.50 worth of points on a make up thingy that changes eyeshadow into liquid eyeliner.

Great news on the weight loss BB!

well, it's 41p an hour before tax and national insurance!! And as I teach 2 hours per week, I reckon that I will earn enough each month to buy something like a couple of cans of cheap baked beans!! Oh well, shouldn't knock it I guess, just doesn't seem right after over a year of study. I've also been asked if I'm interested in teaching cookery to a targetted group of adults with learning difficulties and disabilities next year. I've had learners with support workers in class before so I would be willing to give it a go. Very different approach but will look good on the CV.

Ooooh, the sun is trying to come out :D
