cant eat licorice......it has wheat in it....

beanie, I'm going to get the phyllium things just to see how much less of a problem they create, i googled the ingredient and it's used in Fybogel so it must work well, but taking it in purer form is probably good too....the aloe vera one i want as a back-up so I don't have to use senna laxatives as they have done pretty much buggar all. The tea is a back-up in case one isn't in stock so I've still got a chance of getting a clear-out happening.

I also want to try them to get the last of the wheat and dairy out of my system so I can really sort my body out, not eating wheat has made me less sluggish and I feel less bloated.

  • Buffy ~ 'I am going to Florida in 2012' is that to live or for holiday? Can't see it posted on your diary :o

Sorry Pap only just saw your question, I was thinking about my future and what *I* want to do not what I feel I have to do? And for ages, ever since I was a teenager I have wanted to drive around America. So I am going to start in Florida in 2012. I hope that Mum will come with me, in December and spend Christmas in Florida with my Sis and then I will go off driving some where. Mum has ALWAYS wanted to see the Grand Canyon I would love to take her but I am not sure about her health so we will have to see.

    Nevertheless she persisted.

I've ordered some shopping on ebay but we use OH's account and I can't remember his paypal password :( Will have to wait for him to come home. I want to get it paid for to get it to arrive for the end of next week. I'm ordering florits tape and wire so I can have a go at making a bunch of flowers out of dusters and cleaning cloths, ready for his cousin's housewarming at Easter. I think it will be cool or hideous, hard to tell which way it will go.

If OH is going to be late back and if I can help out with this, I have an account - just give me a ring :D
