  • Evening all,

Just got back from a lovely roast at my parents.

My brother can be soo dense sometimes, he thought a crumble topping was made out of breadcrumbs. He's 22!! :rotfl::rotfl:

My mum is going to view that that's not sexy website BOS posted the other day. So my little brother lists a few more for her to have a look at. Thank god she's not a prude! :rotfl::rotfl:

Elfen, when things don't want to move, I use this http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=1514&prodid=1610

Katsu - the house warming gift sounds fun.

Claire - I bet you can't wait for your new bathroom?

Never been to Bradford but been to Manchester and thought I was going to get car jacked! So sped through a red light.

Elfen, i am having the same problem.....after weeks of having the opposite problem and 'curing' it by cutting out dairy...I am now constipated.......

I have tried fybrogel and now senna extra strength....I even drank a glass of milk this morning thinking it might help....well it didn't - I have been pretty much in agony all afternoon.....

I also feel like I have 'pulled' something higher up in my diaphragm area (I think) it hurts to walk and I am having problems breathing...

I know, I know, I sound like my OH!!

sammy, that's probably your tummy and digestive system HATING you right now. That's my reaction when I have gluten or too much dairy, and I'm usually running to the loo to go get rid of it. I'm suggesting curling up with a hot water bottle until it calms and seeing if you need the loo again....it may also be straining the muscles as I'm a weirdo and get it before and after....

Sammy, is it a sharp pain that twinges when you breath in deeply? I get it in that area and it usually turns out to be trapped wind (niiiice).

Hugs Sammy, you sound like you need a holiday. You know stress slows your metabolism and therefore would slow down the movement from eating to pooing.

Has OH gone off to work again tonight?

*has got VERY bad windypops....I think things are moving!* How sad is it that I'm excited over going for a poo

Ahem....time to behave....sammy, have you got anything like a wheat bag, or could you put a towel on a hot radiator and then pop it on your tummy?

not really a sharp pain, tbh everything has gone through my mind this weekend, tumour! (yes I know!) trapped wind, collapsed lung, hernia - I just am horribly bloated and I think it probably is trapped wind..

Yep OH has gone off to work again tonight.....I don't 'feel' stressed but then you never know how your body reacts to things...in fact I have felt much more in control and happy lately as I am starting to feel like the old me of a few years ago.

Chloe is behaving beautifully since she has started sleeping in her own bed - just thought I would share that one.
