Morning
I also had the first chance, just now, to try out the hyphotherapy ideas, as a spider just walked across the room and I managed to calmly get a glass and throw it outside (not the glass!) First time in my life I have ever done that so it is a start!
Well done Tenmah :T I can only do them with a mug - don't like to be able to see them. I thought one was in bed with me this morning. Got me up fast!

My initial goal is 4 stone by October and then take it from there. Means being good most of the time but enough of a timescale to have the odd 'reward' day
of nice things.....like Galaxy
Isn't this what is recommended BB. For people not on diets they suggest 80/20 ie. Good stuff 80% of the time. If you never treat yourself it's like a prison sentence!Debt LBM (08/09) £11,641. DEBT FREE APRIL 2021.

Its raining here. Have prepared myself for that though. I'll be doing my pre-course prep.....only about 80 pages. I'll also be taking a top back to Sainsburys because having got it home I've remembered I already have something like it. Off to track down the purple v neck in New Look.
Isn't this clothes challange brilliant.

very, very true. I've been reading a lot of the Mike Scott No Willpower Required stuff and what he says makes sense. There's no point in putting yourself in a diet 'cage' because we all rebel at some point and eat and eat.
Think I've overstayed the rebelling period though throughout my life
Hmm........I fed Charlie a leftover venison sausage a few minutes ago and the smell that has just wafted upwards (he's snoozing on the floor next to me) from his bottom isn't good  :rotfl:"Stay Wonky":D
