Just rang and said i had a message left on my phone yesterday about a HD offer (uh hum). Said i would like to take up the offer but could he please go through the offer with me please as i couldnt catch everything on the message.

He mentioned the free box and installation. I had 2 mention about the free subs but i only said 6months as i didnt have guts 2 say 12.

Being installed Monday. Hope everyone is lucky and just keep trying. X

Patchy987 - I would complain that you "should have time to at least talk the offer over with your partner) and that if they are going to offer you this as an exisiting customer that it is really disgraceful they want an answer there and then!

The operator we got through to looked for any discounts on multiroom but there were none.

tell them skyn rang you offering the above deal but you were out so they left a message but have not got back to you

Absolute result, followed the steps above and they even threw in multiroom for an extra fiver a month on my original sky+ box.

got a question, if you tell them there was a message left can they not find if we are telling the truth or not? they must have a record to say they rang or not?

Excellent deal, called and said I was not in when the representative called and was returning the call. The lady said will check if the offer is still valid and she then set it up - installation in two weeks time!!!! Bet OH will be chuffed to bits when he finds out.
