Yes, he is a very good cook - it all came about as a survival skill.....if he waited for me to come home from work and cook, he might be in danger of starving

Surveys are up to date - I have to input today's M/S and have another to input tomorrow....then I'm done for the day. I have masses of stuff to do over the next few days, so need to start making a productive plan otherwise I will just do bits and pieces and not actually make the progress I want.
And I need to make sure I get a bit of time for relaxing too. Because the children are with their Dad this weekend I do get a rare opportunity to not set the alarm in the mornings, so if I can incorporate that with a nice soak in the bath and a tidy house to sit down in, I will be more than happy (and might even catch up on some sleep in the bargain!).Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I've already realised that Wendy doesn't work for me as a method, it just gives me an excuse to have big eating days too often, so back to my normal dietting with occasional lapses of occasional items, which doesn't seem to do so much damage for me. But pleased it works for you Hypno.
