Hurray for the weigh in for Hypno and Beanielou both - even savingmore, you didn't put it *all* back on, you know. Hypno, I really like your description of coping with the emotional eating - it makes sense to think of ourselves as revolving around a weight, rather than staying at exactly that weight all the time, which no one ever does anyway - think how heavy a big glass of water is!

And I love the sound of that "9 st...." too. Well done you :j

I've just seen your 'stalker' signature! That's amazing!!!!! OMG WOW!:rotfl:Sorry, I got all excited then!

I do the breathing in thing on the scales as well - what is that about! :rotfl: I tried on lots of clothes and quite a few fitted me and then I went to pay for my car tax and m&co has a sale on. I've bought a few bits and if DH asks I'll just tell him they were from the suitcase :D.

    Yip...I'm bad!:rotfl:xx

have to admit i love the measuring weight loss by your jeans idea .... i remember the shear joy of slipping into a pair of jeans with ease ... then forcing my way into the next ones ... only a few weeks later to not to have to force then slowly slipping into them ... with the other ones now needing a belt ... much much more satisfying than a set of scales for me ...

now to get my butt in gear and actually do that ..

well done to all the weight losers and the not put it all back on ers

    I find measuring really helpful!

This month I've lost... 3cm from boobs, 5cm from waist, 11cm from hips, 5cm from bum, 4cm from thighs and ermm... 2 cm from my neck! :rotfl: Gone down 1 dress size on my bottom half... Weight wise I've lost 11.75lbs in June (24.75lbs since 1st May). (I had/have a lot of weight to loose - an entire Hypno  - so it is disappearing quite quickly at the mo... Now just ~80% of Hypno to go! :rotfl:) I've been trying to exercise too (as well as eating healthily) - ice skating, fitness DVD (not shred - that would kill me! :o), Pilates DVD and loads of walking. I feel so much better for it though it is costing me a fortune... and I'm loving it especially the skating! :p

Hypno - does this mean you get to go clothes shopping now for your capsule wardrobe (pennies permitting)?

Yes, if I had pennies, I would shop.

But I don't have pennies, so I will just have to use it as motivation to stay slimmer until I do have pennies to spend!!
