The children are usually at their Dad's on a Friday night so it is my one chance not to have to set the alarm.

Thanks - shame the alarm will be set for before 4am tomorrow!!

We are off later tenpin bowling with DS's village football team for an end of season thing, then back to the village pub for food and to watch the match this evening.

This morning I need to get the housework done. The windows are being replaced on Monday so I need to make sure they can actually get to the windows, which means taking all the blinds down etc. So, I think a fairly busy day ahead of me, but will hopefully have a nice evening.

Pub-based tenpin bowling sounds great - is that at a bowling alley, or is it at the pub itself - I used to go to those sort of pubs in the wilds of Oxfordshire. Long ago, oops.
