Hi all, will catch up on thread tomorrow but just popping on to say I have just seen SATC 2 and I LOVED it. Had a brill weekend with the girls. Copped off early doors last night so only spent a tenner and then fabby day with vouchers ahoy today too.

Well, in typical bank holiday fashion, it is raining here.....so I think I will use it as a reason not to go out and spend money anywhere! I have plenty of jobs to do at home so will have an indoor day instead.

I'm doing bits and pieces but not exactly making a great effort. Am struggling with boredom, so trying not to pick at food.
The weather is pants here, so going out for a walk is not an option, and I don't want to go to a garden centre or into town because I know I will end up spending money I don't have.
So, I will persevere with the pottering and might look for a DVD I've not watched for a while.
I am glad, though, that I am not doing anything, even allowing for being bored - The next few weekends are race weekends so no chance of a rest for a very long time to come!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Right, time to get my act together - music on loud, time to inject some energy into this previously pathetic attempt to get housework done.
The children will be home in about 5 hours, so I should be able to get the majority done by the time they get home so we can then spend a chilled evening together.....

Well I have done a lot, and it included both the childrens bedrooms so that really was an achievement.
My washing machine, however, which has been temperamental for a while has finally told me enough is enough - the pump has gone, so it doesn't drain at all
