Shopping all done and away - have spent £180  but should do us for the month with just a few odds and ends, and the cupboards, fridges and freezer are all jam packed full now so no one will starve.
beanie, I only started Adrian Mole last night, but have loved all the others, so am sure will love this oneSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
I've worked off another of yesterday's donuts on the treadmill.....2 down, 1 to go :rotfl:
I've also made a yummy yummy WW dinner ready to go in the oven - smoked haddock pasta bake, quite possibly my favourite WW recipe ever. I've done enough to last me for several meals so I have plenty to look forward to
Managed to get one load of washing out on the line in between heavy showers, but am not going to risk another at this late stage. Hopefully tomorrow's weather will be a little more reliable!
I hope you are all having a good weekend. I am going to watch Housewife 49 with Victoria Wood this evening - I've never managed to catch it so far, and as I haven't got the children to interrupt, I am going to make the most of it!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Fantastic that you managed to get a lie in ..but yuck to the cold.
Enjoy your evening ..housewife 49 was a lovely film.0 -
I shouldn't moan about my cold when you are going through far worse, Taxi - I must learn to put things into perspective! It was nice, however, not to have to set the alarm this morning - it is such a rarity that the children are with their father on a paper-round day, so it couldn't have come at a better time really!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!
